To schedule an appointment with Dr. Caple, you can request an appointment online or contact our office during regular business hours to speak with our scheduling coordinator.
If your child has any special needs, please inform our scheduling coordinator, and we will make every effort to accommodate them.
CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
Once your appointment is confirmed with our scheduling coordinator, you can conveniently and securely complete our New Patient Registration online. Please upload a copy of your dental insurance card, if applicable.
For your convenience, we offer appointment confirmations via email and/or text. Two days before your child’s appointment, you will receive a confirmation request, followed by a courtesy reminder one day prior. You may choose your preferred method of communication.
FIRST VISIT
Dr. Caple and his team understand the importance of our patient families' time and busy schedules. Each appointment is scheduled with ample time to ensure that Dr. Caple can address all questions while ensuring families depart on time.
Parents or a designated representative are welcome and encouraged to accompany their child during the appointment.
