To book your child’s appointment with Dr. Caple, you can request an appointment online or call our office to speak with our scheduling coordinator.
If your child has special needs, we want to make sure they are as comfortable as possible, so please let us know.
CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
Once you have scheduled your appointment and it has been confirmed by our office, you can quickly and easily complete our New Patient Registration form online. You can also upload a copy of your insurance card or just bring it with you to your appointment.
We know it can be hard to keep track of busy schedules so we offer appointment confirmations via email and/or text. Feel free to let us know which method you prefer. We will send a confirmation request two days before the appointment and a courtesy reminder one day prior.
FIRST VISIT
Each appointment is carefully scheduled to ensure your child receives the necessary care and attention, while also allowing time for Dr. Caple to address any questions, all while maintaining a timely schedule for families.
Parents or a designated representative are welcome and encouraged to accompany their child during the appointment.
