To schedule an appointment with Dr. Caple, you can request an appointment online or call our office during business hours to speak with our scheduling coordinator.
If your child has special needs, we want to be as accommodating as possible, so please let us know.
CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
After your appointment is confirmed with our scheduling coordinator, you can quickly and easily complete our New Patient Registration form online. If applicable, please upload a copy of your dental insurance card.
To make your experience more convenient, we offer appointment confirmations via email and/or text. You will receive a confirmation request two days before the appointment and a courtesy reminder one day prior. Choose your preferred method of communication.
FIRST VISIT
Dr. Caple and his team recognize the value of our patients' time and busy schedules. Each appointment is carefully planned to allow Dr. Caple time to address any questions while ensuring that families are seen promptly.
Parents or a designated representative are invited and encouraged to accompany their child during the appointment.
