To schedule an appointment with Dr. Caple, you can request an appointment online or call our office during normal business hours.
If your child has any special needs, please let our scheduling coordinator know, and we will always do our best to accommodate each patient.
CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
Once your appointment is confirmed with our scheduling coordinator, you can complete our New Patient Registration conveniently and securely online. Please upload a copy of your dental insurance card if applicable.
For your convenience we offer appointment confirmation through email and/or text messaging. Two days before your child’s appointment we will send you a confirmation request by email and/or text message (your choice). One day before the appointment, we will send you an additional courtesy reminder.
FIRST VISIT
Dr. Caple and his staff value our patient families’ time and busy schedules. Dr. Caple allows plenty of time for each appointment so he may thoroughly answer questions while seeing that families leave on time.
The parent or patient representative is welcome and encouraged to come back with his or her child at the appointment.
