Scheduling your child’s appointment with Dr. Caple is easy! You can request an appointment online or give us a call—we’d love to help find a time that works for you.
If your child has special needs, we’re here to make their visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Just let us know how we can support them, and we’ll take care of the rest!
CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
Once your appointment is set, you can easily fill out our New Patient Registration form online. You can also upload a copy of your insurance card ahead of time or just bring it with you—whatever works best!
We know life gets busy, so we offer appointment confirmations by email or text—just let us know what you prefer. You’ll get a confirmation two days before your visit and a friendly reminder the day before.
FIRST VISIT
We take extra care in scheduling each appointment to make sure your child gets the attention they deserve, while also giving you time with Dr. Caple to answer any questions—without keeping your family waiting.
Parents or guardians are always welcome (and encouraged!) to join their child during the appointment to offer comfort and support.
