CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
After scheduling your appointment, you can conveniently complete our New Patient Registration form online. You also have the option to upload a copy of your insurance card in advance or bring it with you—whichever is most convenient.
To help you stay on track, we offer appointment confirmations via email or text based on your preference. You will receive a confirmation two days before your visit and a reminder the day before, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
FIRST VISIT
We take extra care in scheduling each appointment to make sure your child gets the attention they deserve, while also giving you time with Dr. Caple to answer any questions—without keeping your family waiting.
Parents or guardians are always welcome (and encouraged!) to join their child during the appointment to offer comfort and support.
