Scheduling your child’s appointment with Dr. Caple is simple and convenient. You can request an appointment online or give us a call, and our team will help you find a time that works for your family.
If your child has special needs, we’re committed to making their visit comfortable and stress-free. Let us know how we can best support them, and we’ll make sure their visit is as smooth and welcoming as possible.
SCHEDULING
Once your appointment is confirmed by our patient coordinator, you’ll be able to complete your child’s new patient forms online, quickly and securely. If you have dental insurance, please upload a copy of your insurance card with your registration so we’re ready for your visit.
You can choose to receive appointment confirmations by email, text, or both. We’ll also send a text reminder seven days before your appointment and again two hours before.
CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
We schedule each appointment so your child gets the time and attention they deserve, with room for you to talk with Dr. Caple and ask any questions, and without keeping your family waiting.
Parents and guardians are always welcome (and encouraged!) to stay with their child during the visit to offer comfort and support. Learn what to expect at your child’s first visit.
