Scheduling your child’s appointment with Dr. Caple is easy—simply request an appointment online or call our office to speak with our friendly scheduling coordinator.

CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION
Once your appointment is scheduled and confirmed, you can conveniently complete our New Patient Registration form online. You can also upload a copy of your insurance card or simply bring it with you to your visit.
To help manage your busy schedule, we offer appointment confirmations via email and/or text—just let us know your preferred method. We’ll send a confirmation two days before your appointment and a courtesy reminder the day prior.
FIRST VISIT
We carefully schedule each appointment to ensure your child receives the attention and care they deserve, while allowing time for Dr. Caple to address any questions—all without compromising a timely schedule for your family.
Parents or a designated guardian are always welcome and encouraged to accompany their child during the appointment for added comfort and support.
