INSURANCE

Full payment or insurance estimated patient portion is due at the appointment. Dr. Caple accepts assigned benefits for most major dental insurance. This will reduce your immediate, out-of-pocket patient portion. Dr. Caple is not a Medicaid provider.

A parent or patient representative will pay the estimated portion figure by our front office staff on the day of visit.

Dr. Caple allows 30 days for dental insurance reimbursement. After this time then the parent or patient representative is billed for the full balance. If you have a credit balance after we receive insurance reimbursement, we will send you a refund or apply credit to your next appointment.
