If I have dental insurance, how will I be billed for my child’s dental visit?

On the day of your child’s dental visit, the parent or patient representative will pay the estimated portion figure for the appointment.

Dr. Caple then allows 30 days for dental insurance reimbursement. After this time then the parent or patient representative is billed for the full balance either in person, by check or using our secure, online bill pay option. If you have a credit balance after we receive insurance reimbursement, we will send you a refund or apply credit to your next appointment.
