First Visit

  • Dr. Caple sees new patients up to 10 years of age.
  • Once in the practice Dr. Caple sees patients up to 17 years of age, or until patient begins to have adult dental needs.
  • The parent or patient representative is welcome and encouraged to come back with his or her child at the appointment.
  • Dr. Caple schedules new patient appointments at 2:00 and 2:30 each afternoon.

Insurance

  • Dr. Caple accepts assigned benefits for most major dental insurance.
  • The parent or patient representative will pay the estimated portion figure by our front office staff at the appointment, and the insurance company will send Dr. Caple a partial reimbursement check.
  • We will send you a statement for any balance left unpaid by your insurance company.
  • We will send you a refund check for any overpayment.
  • Dr. Caple is a participating dentist with Delta Dental, both Premier and PPO provider.
  • Dr. Caple allows 30 days for dental insurance reimbursement. If insurance does not send payment by this time then the parent or patient representative is billed for the full balance.
  • Financial

  • Dr. Caple accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
  • Full payment or insurance estimated patient portion is due at the appointment.
  • Scheduling

  • To be fair to all school aged patients, we ask you to alternate teeth cleaning (recall) appointments between during school and after school hours every six months.
  • To offset any inconvenience, we offer many appointments at the first of the day and near lunch to keep the amount of time missed to a minimum.
  • Confirming Appointments

  • For your convenience we offer appointment confirmation through email and/or text messaging.
  • Two weeks before your child’s appointment we will send you a confirmation request by email and/or text message (your choice).
  • Two days before the appointment, we will send you a courtesy reminder.
  • One day before the appointment, we will call you if we have not heard from you, or you do not have access to email or text messaging.
